1. Resellers interview Eligible Small Business customers - together, they create a video telling Microsoft how the SMB would use a Microsoft/Intel/HP Tech Makeover to grow & improve their business. (See Official Rules on How to Make an Eligible Video Entry - which goes live March 5, 2012)
2. The reseller submits the customer video, showcasing their plans for the tech makeover, by April 15, 2012. Resellers can submit multiple videos, but only 1 video per SMB.
